Not much to add. Two potential hurricanes in the Atlantic Basin at the moment. Keeping an eye on the southernmost of the two; if it develops, it's aimed straight for Texas.

Time Flies

Hard to believe ... Morgan turns six and enters the first grade this week. Her party was at a place called Pump It Up, where everything is inflatable - slides, obstacle courses, basketball courts. I don't know about her, but I had a blast!

Ginger's parents came out this weekend and strongly recommended the northern route through Jackson, Vicksburg, Shreveport (I-20), instead of the typical I-10/59 Blue Tarp traffic jam. Apparently I-20 is more wooded and has far less traffic than I-10. I hope the word doesn't get out. I'm looking forward to trying it out, but I'm not sure when we're headed for Birmingham again.

Speaking of time flying, I'm into week 6 of Woodlands Fit - the marathon training thing. Ran seven (7!) miles last Saturday, and been in pain ever since. Luckily we got an additional day off to recover. We'll see what today's run brings.
